Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT)
The prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) has emerged as an attractive diagnostic and therapeutic target for small molecule ligands in prostate cancer. SPECT and 99mTc infrastructure is widely available in many countries and therefore allows patients to receive care close to home. That is why ROTOP is pursuing the development of a 99mTc-PSMA SPECT/CT tracer candidate. We currently support several Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs) with 99mTc-PSMA world-wide.
